Beach driving conditions are good due to recent rains and tides. Tides are running high so further down beach the driving is more difficult. The water has been mostly calm and clearing up recently but currents are swift at the cuts. Don’t swim near these areas. The bull reds are running on the beach, fishing is good everywhere and the crowds are getting smaller. Its a great time to visit Matagorda.
